1Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Skill Pilot Advisory Sdn Bhd. They govern your access to and use of metamodel.systems, its pages, data files, the AI Fluency Score, the full gap report and any related services (together, the "Service").
By visiting the Service, taking the score, downloading the model or making a purchase, you accept these Terms and our Privacy and Cookie Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it. In that case "you" includes the organisation.
2Who we are

3Definitions
- Score means the free AI Fluency Score, including the overall score, domain scores, fluency tier and strengths shown after you answer the questions.
- Report means the paid full gap report, including skill scores, gaps, next steps, learning path and role comparison.
- Model means the metamodel.systems capability model, including its literacy domains, fluency tiers, scope levels, tracks, roles, expected levels, crosswalks and the model.json file.
- Content means all text, data, graphics, designs, code and other material on the Service.
- Consumer means an individual using the Service mainly for personal, family or household purposes, or anyone else treated as a consumer by the law that applies to them.
4Who may use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service or make a purchase. The Service is not designed for children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
You must not use the Service if the law where you live prohibits it, or if we have previously suspended your access.
5What the Service is
The Service provides:
- an open, versioned model of AI capability that describes literacy domains, fluency tiers, scope levels and roles
- a free self-check that turns your answers into a Score
- an optional paid Report based on the same answers
- role pages, a crosswalk and summaries of public research and data
The Score and Report are produced by a fixed method from the answers you give. No person reviews your answers. We do not verify that your answers are true.
6What the score is not
The Score and Report are a self-reported baseline for your own reflection and learning. They are not:
- a test of knowledge, an exam, a certification, a licence or a qualification
- an accredited or validated psychometric assessment
- career, employment, legal, financial, medical, psychological or other professional advice
- a prediction of your job performance, employability, salary or future prospects
- a statement that you meet any regulatory requirement, including any duty to train staff in AI literacy
Results depend entirely on how you answer. Two people with the same skills may score differently. You decide how to use your results and you are responsible for those decisions. Where a decision matters to you, take advice from a suitably qualified person.
7No decisions about other people
You must not use the Score, the Report or the Model, alone or as a main factor, to make or support any decision about another person's recruitment, selection, promotion, pay, performance rating, discipline, dismissal, admission, credit, insurance or access to any service.
If you ask other people, such as staff or candidates, to take the Score, you must tell them it is a voluntary self-check, you must not require them to share results, and you are solely responsible for complying with employment, data protection, equality and anti-discrimination laws. You will indemnify us under section 20 for any claim that arises from such use.
8The model, roles and levels
The literacy domains, fluency tiers (F0 to F4), scope levels (S1 to S5), tracks, the 37 roles, their names, descriptions, target tiers, scope bands and expected levels are created by metamodel.systems. We wrote them in our own words, drawing on public frameworks, occupation research and trend reports listed in section 9.
The Model is a general description. It does not describe any particular employer, job, contract or person. A real job may need more, less or different capability than the role it most resembles. Target tiers and scope bands are our judgement and may change in later versions.
Role names are used in a general sense and do not refer to any protected or regulated professional title. Nothing in the Model says that a person is or is not qualified to practise any profession.
We version the Model. Each release has a number and a changelog entry. Earlier versions may differ, and results produced with one version may not match another.
9Sources and attribution
We built the Model with reference to the sources below. We link to and attribute them. We do not reproduce their descriptor text. Their names are used only to identify them. None of these organisations created, reviewed, approved, sponsors or is affiliated with metamodel.systems or Skill Pilot Advisory Sdn Bhd. All trademarks belong to their owners.
| Category | Source and owner | How we use it |
|---|---|---|
| Literacy domains | AILit framework, OECD and European Commission. AI competency frameworks for students and teachers, UNESCO (2024). | Our five domains adapt AILit's four domains (written for school students) for working adults, and add a fifth domain, Verify. UNESCO frameworks informed the tier signals. |
| Levels of responsibility | ASEAN Qualifications Reference Framework, ASEAN. Skills Framework, SkillsFuture Singapore. National Skills Qualifications Framework, Government of India. | Our scope levels S1 to S5 are our own scale. Any crosswalk to these frameworks is indicative only and is not an official equivalence. |
| AI roles | CWA 18398:2026, AI professional role profiles, CEN (European Committee for Standardization). Future of Jobs Report 2025, World Economic Forum. | Informed which AI specialist roles to include and how roles group. No CWA text is reproduced. All role names and descriptions are ours. |
| Occupations and tasks | International Standard Classification of Occupations (ISCO-08), International Labour Organization. National Classification of Occupations 2015, Government of India. ESCO, European Commission. O*NET, US Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration. | Each role is mapped to occupation codes in the downloadable model data to help researchers compare roles. Codes are used for reference. O*NET data is used under CC BY 4.0. ESCO is used under the European Commission's reuse terms. |
| Observed AI usage | Anthropic Economic Index, Anthropic, CC BY 4.0. Period shown with each figure. | Usage bands and country figures. The data measures use of one AI assistant. It does not measure jobs, job risk or who the users are. |
"O*NET" is a trademark of the US Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration. If you believe any attribution is wrong or incomplete, write to us and we will correct it.
10Observed usage data
Figures about AI usage describe conversations with one AI assistant during the stated period, matched to job tasks by the data publisher. They are a snapshot, not a trend. They do not show how many people in a job use AI, whether a job is at risk, or what you should do with your career. Do not rely on them for those purposes.
11Intellectual property and licence
Our rights
The Service, the Content, the Model, the scoring method, question sets, Report formats, software, design, the names metamodel.systems and Skill Pilot Advisory, and our logos are owned by or licensed to Skill Pilot Advisory Sdn Bhd and protected by copyright, database, trademark and other laws. Except as stated in this section, no rights are granted to you.
The open model licence
We license the model.json file and the published role, tier, scope and domain descriptions under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International licence (CC BY-NC 4.0). You may read, share, quote, cite and adapt them for non-commercial purposes if you give credit to "metamodel.systems, Skill Pilot Advisory" with the version number and a link, and indicate any changes.
Commercial licence

Third-party material
Third-party data included in the model file keeps its own licence. For example, Anthropic Economic Index figures are CC BY 4.0. Our licence does not cover third-party material and you must follow its terms.
Your Report
You may keep, print and share your own Report for personal use. You may not resell it or present it as a certificate.

If you send us suggestions or corrections, you allow us to use them without payment or obligation.
12Acceptable use
You must not:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's rights, when using the Service
- copy, scrape, crawl or extract the Content or Model in bulk to build a competing product or dataset, except under the licences in section 11. Ordinary search engine and AI answer engine indexing that follows our robots.txt is allowed.

- misrepresent another person's results, or take the Score in someone else's name to mislead

13Prices and payment
The price of the Report is shown before you pay. Prices may be shown in different currencies in different countries. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, prices include any taxes we must charge. Your bank or card issuer may add currency conversion or foreign transaction fees, which we do not control.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment.
We may change prices at any time. A change does not affect a purchase already completed. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
14Delivery of the report
The Report is digital content delivered in your browser straight after a successful payment. By paying, you ask us to supply it immediately.
Keep your report link. Your answers are held in your browser and in the report link, not on our servers. We cannot recover a lost report or rebuild it from our records. If you lose access within 14 days of purchase, write to us with your payment receipt and we will help you retake the self-check.
15Refunds and cancellation
All sales of the Report are final. We do not give refunds, except where the law requires one.
The Report is supplied straight after payment. At checkout you ask us to supply it immediately, and you confirm that you understand you lose any right to cancel once supply starts. This matters for buyers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, who otherwise have a 14-day right to cancel. Your emailed receipt confirms your request and your confirmation.
Nothing in these Terms takes away your statutory rights. If the Report is not supplied or does not work as described, email info@skillpilotadvisory.ai with the email address used at checkout and the Stripe receipt number, and we will put it right as the law requires. If you raise a chargeback without first contacting us, we may provide transaction records to the payment provider to respond.
16Advertising and third-party links
Some pages may show advertising served by Google AdSense, and only if you consent to advertising cookies. Ads are selected by Google, not by us. An ad does not mean we endorse the advertiser, its product or its claims. Your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and them.
The Service links to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
17Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy and Cookie Policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only with your consent. You can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer.
18Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service, the Content, the Model, the Score and the Report are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty, express or implied, that they are accurate, complete, current, reliable, error free, uninterrupted, secure, fit for a particular purpose or that they will achieve any result.
Frameworks, classifications and data we refer to change over time. Our summaries may become outdated between releases. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sources.
Nothing in this section excludes any guarantee, condition or warranty that the law says cannot be excluded.
19Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, income, business, opportunity, employment, goodwill, reputation or data, arising out of or in connection with the Service, however caused, even if we were told it was possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in that period and (b) MYR 100.
We are not liable for any decision you or anyone else makes based on a Score, Report or the Model, or for any use in breach of section 7.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
20Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skill Pilot Advisory Sdn Bhd and its directors, officers, employees and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of:
- your breach of these Terms
- your use of the Service, the Score, a Report or the Model to make or support a decision about another person
- your commercial use of the Model without a licence
- your breach of any law or third-party right
This section does not apply to Consumers where the law does not allow it.
21Availability, changes and suspension
We may change, update, suspend or withdraw any part of the Service, including the Model, the question sets and the scoring method, at any time. We will try to give notice of material changes that affect paid Reports.
We may suspend or block access for anyone we reasonably believe has breached these Terms, misused the Service or created legal risk for us or others.
22Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of hosting, payment or internet providers, cyber attacks, natural disasters, epidemics, war, government action or labour disputes.
23Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date at the top and keep a summary of material changes on this page for at least 30 days. Changes apply from the effective date and do not affect purchases already made. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
24Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service, including non-contractual disputes, are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Talk to us first. Before starting any formal proceedings, you agree to write to us at info@skillpilotadvisory.ai with details of the issue and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.
Business users. If you use the Service other than as a Consumer, any dispute not resolved within 30 days will be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) under the AIAC Arbitration Rules in force at the time. The seat is Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. There will be one arbitrator. The language will be English.
Consumers. If you are a Consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of Malaysia, or in the courts or consumer tribunals of the place where you live if the law there gives you that right. In Malaysia this includes the Tribunal for Consumer Claims.
To the extent permitted by law, claims must be brought individually and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding, and any claim must be started within one year after it arose.
25Your statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by contract. These may include rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia), the Consumer Protection Act 2019 (India), the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (Singapore), the Australian Consumer Law and similar laws where you live. If any part of these Terms conflicts with those rights, those rights prevail.
26General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, our Privacy and Cookie Policy and any commercial licence you sign with us are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
- Severability. If a court finds any part of these Terms invalid, the rest stays in force and the invalid part is modified to the minimum extent needed.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to a successor business.
- Third parties. No one other than you and us has any right to enforce these Terms.
- Electronic communications. You agree that these Terms, notices and receipts may be given electronically, consistent with the Electronic Commerce Act 2006 (Malaysia).
- Language. These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version prevails.
- Survival. Sections 6, 7, 11, 18, 19, 20, 24 and 26 survive the end of your use of the Service.
